![]() ![]() Prepare and present quarterly action plan and progress report to the Senior Management.Organize functions for customers on the route with visiting counterparts and a minimum of two route specific seminars per year for route specific prospects.Maintain regular contact either in person or via conference calls with overseas contacts and counterparts.Support the procurement of rates from overseas and act as guide consultant for tenders related to their associated trade lane. ![]() Create local awareness of trade lane, branding products, establish sales kits, develop presentations etc.Perform r egular KPI review of trade lane performance and target results delivered to Senior management.Support the transition of new accounts into operations, customer service and overseas network.Establish customer target list at national and branch level and monitor through system.Identify and agree trade lane targets with local sales, overseas counterpart, and log in the system.Represent DSV China in external and internal negotiations wherever necessary.Plan and monitor annual budget for the year and report on progress.Provide support to operations and account management and act as a key contact of escalation for route specific issue.It will also play a key role in supporting the local branch sales / KAM and customer service for route specific issue. The position will be responsible for pipeline control, product development and implementation on the assigned trade lane(s). ![]()
